QB food grade pneumatic double diaphragm pump sanitary grade double diaphragm pump food delivery pump principle
There is a diaphragm on the left and right sides of the pneumatic diaphragm pump, which are connected by a central link. The compressed air enters the gas distribution valve from the air inlet of the pump, and is introduced into one of the chambers through the gas distribution mechanism, pushing the diaphragm in the chamber to move, while the gas in the other chamber is discharged. Once the end of the stroke is reached, the valve mechanism automatically introduces compressed air into the other working chamber, pushing the diaphragm in the opposite direction, so that the two diaphragms reciprocate continuously and synchronously. In the figure, the compressed air enters the gas distribution valve, causing the diaphragm to move to the right. The suction force of the chamber causes the medium to flow in from the inlet, pushing the ball valve into the chamber. The ball valve locks due to the suction, and the medium in the chamber is squeezed and pushed. Open the ball valve and flow out from the outlet. At the same time, the ball valve is blocked to prevent flow. In this way, the medium is continuously sucked in from the inlet and discharged from the outlet.
